At Ims Systems Tech, I lead the design, development, and deployment of a comprehensive Facilities Management System (FMS) from scratch. I am responsible for system architecture, backend and frontend development, UI/UX collaboration with designers, and overall project execution. I also manage production applications, ensuring smooth operation, performance optimization, and timely updates. My work spans full-stack web , CI/CD pipelines, server deployments, and environment management, delivering scalable, production-ready software for government and service-based clients.

I co-founded Amirus, leading a team of 10+ professionals including developers, designers, and a product manager. As Technical Lead, I am responsible for all technical decisions and solutions, overseeing every aspect of system design and development. My responsibilities include: * Full system architecture and database design * Backend and frontend development structure * Design collaboration and UI/UX guidance * Mentorship and leadership of developers * Deployment, CI/CD, and production management We deliver both service-based projects and in-house products, and I ensure that every technical aspect — from architecture and design to production-ready deployment — is planned, executed, and optimized under my guidance.

➔ Led the development of a CMS as part of a cloud development project, utilizing Django and Python to streamline backend processes. ➔ Designed and implemented a custom ORM system for PostgreSQL in raw Python, optimizing data operations and enabling seamless database interactions. ➔ Contributed to full-stack development efforts, integrating robust backend functionalities with user-friendly front-end components. ➔ Collaborated with the team to enhance system scalability and performance, ensuring efficient data handling for analytics workflows. ➔ Applied advanced data analysis techniques to interpret key metrics, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

➔ Led the front-end team at Property Source USA Inc., using Next.js and React to develop high-performance user interfaces and enhance usability. ➔ Collaborated with the backend team (Flask) to integrate multiple third-party systems, ensuring seamless functionality and interoperability. ➔ Acted as a liaison between clients, vendors, and the development team, managing meetings and delivering technical updates to align with project goals.
